H. King, of Kingsland, who died Monday in a Savannah hospital, after a shortillness, were held at 11 o’clock yesterday morning at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Readdick, 214 West Fourty-forth Street, Savannah, the Rev. J. J. Sanders, pastor of the Pooler Methodist Church, assisted by Rev. Lon L. Day, pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church officiating. Internment was in Bonaventure Cemetery. The Daughters of the America conducted the services at the grave. Mrs. Readdick was a charter member of the Pooler Chapter. She is survived by her husband, E. F. Readdick; one son E. F., Jr.; two daughters, Mrs. J. W. Clark, Miss Marie Readdick, all of Pooler, besides the following brothers and sisters: A. L. and J. M. King, of Jacksonville; Forest and Chester King of Kingsland, G. H. Peeples, Mrs. Birdie Bailey, Kingsland, Miss Corrine King, Ashville, N. C., and Mrs. Raymond Wilder, Spokane, Wash.
