Georgia Campbell County

By the honourable ordinary of said county whereas James
A. Cook of this county lately died intestate, having
while he lived and at the time of his death divers
lands and tenements, goods and rights and credits,
witness the county aforesaid, by means where of the
full disposition and power of granting the
administration of all and singular the goods, rights
and credits of said deceased and also auditing the
accounts, collections and of reckoning of said
administrations and a final dismission of the same to
the Ordinary of said county do of right belong---I
desiring that the lands and tenements, goods, rights
and credits of said deceased may well and truly
administered, converted and disposed of, do hereby
grant unto L.N.B. Cook and Robert Cook, administration
of James A. Cook deceased full power by tenor of these
presents to administer the lands and tenements goods
rights and credits of said deceased, which to him in
his lifetime and in time of his death did belong and to
ask, levy, recover the same and pay the debts in which
the deceased stood bound so far forth as his lands and
tenements, goods, rights and credits will extend,
according to their rate and order of law, being first
sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God, to make a
true and perfect inventory hereof and to exhibit the
same to the ordinary in the county aforesaid in order
to be recorded on or before the first day of August
next ensuring and render a just and true account of
said administration when thereto required and you are
hereby ordained, constituted, and appointed
administrators of all and singular the land and
tenements, goods, rights and credits of said deceased.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal of my office, this 5th day of July
1886.
