Witnesseth that the said Jesse Cook for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he has and bears to his said wife hath given granted and conveyed and doth by these presents give grant and convey to the said Narcisa Cook her heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being fifty acres in the north west corner of lot of land number sixty (No 60) in the thirteen District of originally Henry now Campbell County. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land to her the said Narcisa Cook her heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights, members and appertanances to the same in any manner belonging to her and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. In testimony whereof the said Jesse Cook hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written, signed, sealed and delivered in presence of J.T. Georgia Campbell County Know all men by these presents that I Jesse Cook of said state and county for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have and bear to my wife Narcissa Cook of the sum of five dollars cash in hand paid by the said Narcissa Cook the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do by these presents give and grant unto my said wife Narcissa Cook a certain Clay bank mare about fourteen years old also my stock of hogs consisting of twelve, and also their increase, my wagon and work ox, my house hold and kitchen furniture and all my farming tools, farm implements and also my mechanical tools of whatever they may consist.
