Campbell County Deeds 1917-1919

Georgia, Campbell County

This indenture, made this____day of January 1919
between Oscar Cook, Mrs. Teria Jones, Mrs. Odessa
Hataway, Mrs. Maggie Hogan, William Cook, Homer Cook,
Grady Cook, Tom Cook and Miss Jewell Cook heirs of
L.N.B. Cook, deceased all of the state of Georgia of
the first part and Robert Cook of the second part.

Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part,
for and inconsideration of the sum of Five dollars in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has bargained, sold and by these presents do remise,
release and forever quit-claim to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, all the right,
title, interest claim or demand the said parties of the
first part has or may have had in and to all that tract
or parcel of land lying and being land lot number
eighteen 7th dist. Coweta originally as follows, to
wit:  Beginning where the original line on the east
side of lot #15 crosses the Campbellton Road and
running thence North along said original line 526 feet
to a corner, thence running east 876 feet to the said
Campbellton Road, thence in a southwestern direction
along said road to the starting point.  Containing five
and one half (5 ½) acres, more or less, bounded on the
North by lands of Levi Ballard, on the east by lands of
Robert Cook and in the west by the original land line
of said lot #18.  With all the rights, members and
appurtenances to the said tract of parcel of land in
anywise appertaining or belong.

To have and to hold, the said tract of land to he said
Robert Cook so that neither the said parties of the
first part nor their heirs, nor any other person or
persons claiming under them shall at any time, by any
means, or ways, have claim or demand any right or title
to the aforesaid tract or parcel of land or it
appurtenances, or any right thereof.

In witness thereof, the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
the day and year above written.
