Campbell County, Deed Book H 22

Georgia } This indenture made this ninth day of December (AD) One Thousand eight
Campbell County }  hundred and sixty nine between H A McLarin of the one part 
and Grant Roberts of the other part all of the County and State above 
written.   Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of Three 
Thousand Dollars by the said Grant Roberts to the said H A McLarin in hand paid 
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the said H A McLarin has sold and 
conveyed unto the said Grant Roberts The following described lands (viz) (210) 
Two hundred and ten acres being part of Lots Nos Thirty eight (38) (26) Twenty 
Six and (27) Twenty Seven all the above described lands being in the (8) Eighth 
District of originally Coweta but now Campbell County making in all (210) Two 
hundred and ten acres more or less The Said land being bounded South by John T 
Longino West by [ILLEGIBLE] on _____ Susan E Roberts north by J B Smith East by 
the Original plantation of Grant Roberts. Which Said described tracts or 
parcels of land with all their rights members and appertenances, the said H A 
McLarin will well and truly warrant and defend forever the claim of all person 
whomsoever unto the Said Grant Roberts his heirs and assignes forever in fee 
simple, In testimony whereof the Said H A McLarin hath hereunto set his hand 
and affixed his seal the day and date aforesaid.
