Campbell County

This indenture made this 29th day of November in the year of our Lord one 
thousand and ninety eight between John J. Campbell of the county of Campbell of 
the first part and John A.M. Williams of the county of Campbell of the second 
part.

Witnesseth:  That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of 
the sum of eight hundred dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and 
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has 
granted bargained sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, 
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns 
all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 14th Dist. Of 
originally Fayette now Campbell County, GA.  Same being the east half of lot of 
land No. 90 ninety, containing one hundred one and one quarter acres, more or 
less.

To have and to hold the said bargained premises, together with all and singular 
the rights, members and appurtenances thereof to the same being belonging or in 
anywise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behalf of him the said 
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever in fee simple.

And the said party of the first part, for John J.Campbell his heirs executors 
and administrators will warrant and forever defend the right and title of the 
above described property unto the said party of the second part his heirs and 
assigns against the claims of all persons whosoever.

In witness whereof the said party of the first party has hereunto set his hand 
and affixed his seal the day and year first above written.
