Cook and S.A.E. Cochran of the county of Campbell and State of Georgia of the first part and M.L.M. Cochran of the county of Campbell state of Georgia of the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the deeds of division of this date among the parties as well as the sum of ten dollars in hand, paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said party of the second part her heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in land lot twenty-eight (28) of the 13th district of originally Henry, then Fayette, but now Campbell county, GA and more particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the original West line of said land lot eleven hundred (1100) feet south of the north west corner and running thence south along the original west line eleven hundred and twenty- five (1125) feet: thence east ten hundred and sixty five (1065) feet, to the right of way of Atlanta and West Point Railroad, thence north easterly along said right of way fourteen hundred and ninety three (1493) feet to property of said J.H. Cook and thence west along the line of the property of said J.H. Cook twenty two hundred and fifteen (2215) feet, & point of beginning, containing forty-two and three tenths (42.3) acres and being a portion of the property conveyed to Caleb M. Cook by William A. Crombie by deed of August 5th 1858 and recorded in deed book “J” page 5 of the Fayette County records—the parties hereto being the sole heirs at law of said Caleb M. Cook deceased and as such having this day executed deeds of division, among themselves to the property inherited by them from said Caleb M. Cook deceased and the purpose of this deed being to convey to said M.L.M. Cochran the entire fee in said described property being lot no 3 as pr plat of W.J. Lee of September 2, 1904. To have and to hold the said bargained premise together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same being belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof of her the said party of the second part, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple. And the said parties of the first part, their heirs, executors and administrators the said bargained premise unto the said party of the second part her heirs executors administrators and assigns against the second parties of the first part their heirs executors and administrators and all and every other person or persons claiming under or through their respectively shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents respectively. In witness whereof said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written. Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of W.T.
