Cook of the state of Georgia and county of Campbell duly constitute Administrator of the estate of Hughie McCleskey late of Campbell County deceased late of Campbell County in the state of Georgia party of the first part and H.H. Camp of the state of Georgia and county of Fulton party of the second part witnesseth that said party of the first part by virtue of an order granted by the honorable. The court of Ordinary of Campbell county and the first Monday in Feby 1897 (previous notice of application for leave to sell the land herein after described belonging to the Estate of said deceased having been given by publication as required by law) did on first Tuesday in March 1897 within the legal hours of sale at the place of public sales in Campbell county, Georgia before the court house door in said county did put up and expose to sale at public outcry to the highest bidder (after said sale had been duly advertised by publication as required by law and after all requirements of law had been fully complied with,) the lot or parcel of land lying and being in 13 District of originally Henry, then Fayette but now Campbell County, GA . It being 53 9/10 (fifty three and nine tenths acres. Same being situated in the South east corner of lot of land no (28) twenty eight in said district and county commencing at the South East Corner of said lot (28) twenty eight and running due north (1826) eighteen hundred and twenty six feet thence due west (511 ½) five hundred and eleven and a half feet to the right of way of the Atlanta and West Point Railroad to thence south 44 degrees west along the right of way (1527 9/10) fifteen hundred and twenty seven and nine tenths of feet thence south (747 12/100) seven hundred and forty seven twelve hundredths feet to a corner on original line thence due East (1606) sixteen hundred and six feet to starting point when the lot or parcel of land thus described was bill of by the said party of the second part at the price or sum of twelve hundred and eighty dollars he being the highest and best bidder. Now the said party of the first part in consideration of the premises and for and in consideration of the sum of twelve hundred and eighty dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns the said described land with all the rights, members and appertanances thereto belonging on in anywise appertaining to him and their own ____benefit and behoof forever in as full and ample a manner as the same was possessed or enjoyed by the said Hughie McCluskey. In witness where of he said party of the first part hereunto set his hand and seal this day and year first above written signed sealed delivered in presence of John H.
