This Indenture made the 25th day of July in the year of
our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and fifty seven
between Andrew Dorsett of the state of Georgia and county
of Campbell of the one part and Grant Roberts of the
State & aforesaid County of Campbell of the other part.  
Witnesseth,  That the said Andrew Dorsett for and in
consideration of the sum of five Hundred dollars to him
in hand paid at and before the sealing & delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by
these presents bargain sell and convey unto the said
Grant Roberts his heirs and assigns (71 ¼) seventy one
and one fourth acres of land more or less said parcel of
land being part of Lot No. 27) twenty seven Eight
District of originally Coweta but now Campbell County
commences in the south east corner runs down the West
line to a ___ corner then turns & runs in a north
direction to a rock corner at the brach then turns & runs
down the branch to the Creek and then turns down the
Creek to William R. Henry’s line and then runs north to
the original line between Andrew Dorsett & William R.
Henry and thence turning & running east to James Cashes
corner & thence the original line south to the commencing
corner.  To have and to hold said tract or parcel of Land
unto him the said Grant Roberts his heirs and assigns
together with all and singular the rights members and
appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging
to his and this own proper use benefit and behoof for
ever in fee Simple  And the said Andrew Dorsett for
himself his heirs Exr. & Admrs. the said bargained
premises unto the said Grant Roberts his heirs and
assigns will warrant and forever defend the right & title
thereof against his heirs  and against the claim of all
other persons whatsoever. In Witness whereof the said
Andrew Dorsett has hereunto set his hand & seal the day &
year above written.
