McCluskey of the state and county aforesaid of the one part and his wife L.C. McCluskey of the same state and county of the other part, witnesseth; that the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for and in consideration of his natural love and affection to his said wife and for divers other good and sufficient considerations moving him, hereby sells, aliens, and conveys unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple the following described property to wit: Twenty six acres of land situate lying and being in the county of Campbell and said State; whereon I now live and being off of land lot number thirty in the thirteenth district of Campbell County, lying and being on the north side of said lot of land, commencing at the north east corner and running west far enough to make thirty acres in the north east corner of said lot four acres having been sold to John Dewy it leaving twenty six acres as aforesaid. To have and to hold the said granted property to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple together with all the rights numbers and appurtances there unto appertaining or belonging. And the said party of the first part will and his executors and administrators shall the above granted premises unto the party of the second part her heirs, executors and administrators forever warrant and defend against the claim or claims of himself and all the other persons whatsoever. I also for and inconsideration of the premises sell alien and convey to the party of the second part all and singular my personal property of every nature and description whatsoever being in said county and consisting of one horse and wagon, two hogs, household and kitchen furniture and the rents and issues and profits of the land so conveyed during the present year.
