   This indenture made this
the 21st day of August, Eighteen Hundred and

  eighty one between Grant Roberts of
the 1st part and H. B. Roberts, his son of the 2nd part
both of the state and county aforesaid.  Witness that the
said Grant Roberts for and in consideration of the
natural love and affection which he has unto the said H.
B. Roberts, his son, hath given granted released aliened
and conveyed unto the said H. B. Roberts, to have and to
hold to himself his heirs and assignes fifty (50) acres
of land more or less in the South East corner of lot (38)
thirty eight in the 8th district of originally Coweta,
now Campbell County meted & boundaries as follows, on the
East, by lands of Sam Roberts, on the West & South by
land of Thomas Lampins, also Twenty acres of land lying
on the north side and parallel to the above described
lands including the house known as the Lampins house.  To
have and to hold said described lands to himself, his
heirs executors and administrators for ever in fee
simple, and the said Grant Roberts doth covenant with the
said h B Roberts, his heirs & assigns that he will and
his heirs Executors and administrators shall the said
premises, forever warrant and defend against the titles
of all other persons whatever.

In witness whereof the said Grant Roberts has hereunto
set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above
written.
