The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, GA March 18, 1879
Campbell County Sheriff's Sale.  Will be sold before the Court-house door in 
the town of Fairburn, Campbell county, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in April, 
1879, between the legal hours of sale, the following property to-wit:
Town lots of land, being in the town of Palmetto, Campbell county, Georgia,  
Lots numbers 16, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 31, 38, 40, 46, 47, 48, aggregating 16 89-
100 acres.  The above numbers and measurements being taken from plats of 
December 28th, 1874.  Levied on by virtue of and to satisfy a mortgage fi. fa. 
issued from Campbell Superior Court in favor of R. P. S. Kimbro & Co., against 
T. H. Menefee.  Levied on as the property of T. H. Menefee.  Property pointed 
out by plaintiffs attorney and tenant in possession notified.  This February 
25, 1879.
