VILLA RICA News

Died, July the 10th, Charles Polk, familiarly known as "Uncle Charley", one 
of the oldest and most highly respected citizens of Campbell (now Douglas) 
county. He was known far and wide for his honesty and uprightness and his 
death is sadly lamented. He was buried on the 11th with Masonic honors, 
having been a member of this sacred order for many years. His bereaved 
family have our heartfelt sympathy.
