                     STATE OF GEORGIA, CAMPBELL COUNTY

                   LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CARY GODBEE

I, Cary Godbee, of the State of Georgia and County of Campbell, being of sound 
and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.

Item 1  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon 
after my decease as conviently can be done.

Item 2  I give and bequeath to my wife LULA MAY GODBEE, of said State and 
County all and every of my personal property and real estate remaining after 
the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses to have and to hold during 
her natural life of widowhood.

Item 3  I direct that at the death or expiration of widowhood of my dear wife 
LULA MAY GODBEE that the remaining property revert back to my brother, WILLIE 
H. GODBEE and Mrs. SARAH L. COOK and MARY E. GIBSON to share equally between 
them.

Item 3  I direct that my executor sell my interest or one-fourth of a lot of 
land lying and being in Crisp County, Georgia to pay my debts and funeral 
expenses as mentoined in the above items.

Item 5  I hereby appoint my brother, WILLIE H. GODBEE of said county snd State 
my executor of this will, and I do hereby relieve him and release him from any 
and every requirement or obligation to make any kind of bond for the legal and 
faithful performance of his duties as executor.

IN TESTIMONY WHEROF I hereunder set my hand this the 1st day of February, 1912
