Foster, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others, by me heretofore made. 1. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. 2. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay, by my executrix hereinafter named and appointed. 3. I give and bequeath to my sister, Mrs. S.M. Kersey, Six Hundred dollars in cash. Said six hundred dollars to be paid to my said sister by my executrix in six payments of one hundred dollars each, the first payment to be made as soon after my death as convenient, and the other five to be paid annually thereafter. 4. I give, bequeath and devise, to my sister, Mary Foster, my brick store house, situated on the west side of West Broad street in Fairburn Georgia; also the three room dwelling & lot on the east side of East Broad street in said town, said lot bounded on the northwest by East Broad street in said town, said lot bounded on the northwest by East Broad street, southeast by the lots of J.M. Dorris and J.H. McClure and the other two sides by streets; also my home place where I now live in said town. Also all my notes and accounts money and other obligations, and all the residue of my estate whether real or personal of every character and description whatsoever. 5. I hereby constitute and appoint my sister, Mary Foster the sole executrix of this my last will and testament, and I expressly confer upon her power, as such to administer my estate, excusing her from giving any bond, making any inventory or returns to the Ordinary or Court of Ordinary. This 11th day of February, 1915. W.J. Foster Signed, sealed, declared and published by Willis J. Foster as his last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator, after he had signed his name thereto, and at his special instance and request, and in the presence of each other.
