Stokes Cemetery #57 From the Candler County Court House go West on Hwy 46, pass traffic light at Hwy 23, turn right on Williams Street, then sharp left on to Stillmore Road. Proceed 5 miles, turn left onto unmarked road (just after passing Canoe Lake Road on right), go .3 miles to the Randy Rigdon home. There is a pond in front. The cemetery is about 300 yards behind the house up on the oak sand ridge. At present a dim road leads near the few scattered markers. It is hard to find. There is a possibility that many grave sites have returned to natural looking land.
