GREEN, 69, OF COBBTOWN Mrs. Anna McGAHEE GREEN, 69, died at her home Saturday morning after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late B. B. and Mollie Gay McGAHEE and the widow of the late J. A. GREEN. She is survived by three sons, Grover and Lewis GREEN both of Cobbtown, and Sam GREEN of Manassas; three daughters, Mrs. Annie SHARP of Collins, Mrs. Mary Jane SANDERS of Savannah, and Miss Lucille GREEN of Cobbtown; one brother, Albert McGAHEE of Wrens; four sisters, Mrs. Gordon THRIFT of Collins, Mrs. Nath HOWARD, Brooklet, Mrs. J. B. BARNES, Augusta, and Mrs. Sam DYE of Augusta; thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 3:30 p.m. from the Evergreen Baptist Church with Rev. C. K. RAINWATER officiating, assisted by Rev. W. B. HOATS. Burial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were J. T. HOLLOWAY, Green THRIFT, W. A. WEST, Jr., J. H. GLISSON, D. C.
