Ayres Hiram Sharp was said to have been born in Holland he and his mother are said to have come to Delaware were she met and married John Spence the couple are said to be buried in The Spence Family Cemetery in Carroll County GA. Hiram Sharp is said to have been in the War of 1812. Hiram and Sarah Sharp are buried in a Family Cemetery on his old home place in Carroll County Georgia. Hiram Sharp moved to Carroll County Georgia before 1830 the children Emily and Felix were possibly the first graves in The Sharp Family Cemetery. Eliza Sharp born 1816 married Landan Carter McCalmon Elizabeth Jane Sharp born 1822 married a Williams Mary G. Sharp who married John Patrick McKenzie died app 1854 he remarried in 1856. Mary Sharp-McKenzie is very possibly buried in the Sharp Family Cemetery. Her husband John Patrick McKenzie and his second wife Mary Boatright are buried at Old Concord Baptist Church in Carroll County GA.
