State of Georgia, Carroll County. TO THE ORDINARY OF SAID COUNTY The petition of M.G. Bell respectfully showed that Anna Bell resident of said county departed this life on the 12th day of October 1898, leaving your petitioner as his next of kin, and also leaving a large estate of real and personal property, worth the sum of Three Hundred Dollars, and at the time of her death the said Anna Bell was entirely intestate, as your petitioner believes, and herein allege: Wherefore, he prays the usual citation in such cases to issue, in order that he may obtain permanent Letters of Administration on said Mrs. Anna Bell’s estate, and your petitioner will ever pray. M.G. Bell This April 9th, 1900 Carroll COURT OF ORDINARY, April 9th, 1900 The above petition of M.G. Bell that he may obtain Letters of Administration, having been read and considered by me, ordered that the usual citation issue. S.J. Brown, Ordinary. GEORGIA, CARROLL COUNTY TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: M.G.Bell having, in proper form, applied to me for permanent Letters of Administration on the estate of Mrs. Anna Bell late of said County, this is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of Anna Bell, to be and appear at my office within the time allowed by law, and show cause, if ant the can, why permanent Administration should not be granted to M.G. Bell on Anna Bell’s estate. Witness my hand and official signature, this 9th day of April, 1900. S.J. Brown, Ordianary. Carroll COURT OF ODINARY; May Term, 1900. Citation having been duly issued and publishe, requiring all and singular next of kin and creditors of Anna Bell deceased, late of said county, to appear at this term and show cause, if any they could why permanent Latters of Administration should not be granted to M.G. Bell. of said County: and they the parties so cited, making no valid objections in the premises, it is ordered by the Court that Letters of Administration issued to M.G. Bell, as Administrator of Anna Bell’s estate upon his giving bond and security in the sum of Six Hundred Dollars, and taking the usual oath of office. S.J. Brown, Ordinary.
