GEORGIA, CARROLL COUNTY

BY THE HONORABLE THE ORDINARY OF SAID COUNTY.

To M.G. Bell     greetings:

Whereas,  Annie May Bell,  Lillie Frances Bell,   Thos. Jefferson Bell,   
Clifford Hambrick Bell,   Nannie Ruth Bell, & Charlie Byrd Bell  orphans of 
Anna Bell, deceased, are possessed in their own right of considerable Estate-
by means whereof, the power granting, the Guardianship of said orphan to me is 
manifestly known to belong-and for the better securing the Estate, and more 
ample maintenance and education of the said orphan, and from the integrity and 
confidence reposed in you, I do hereby commit the tuition, education, and 
Guardianship of the said orphans to you, the said M.G. Bell  you assenting 
thereto by the acceptance of these Letters, herein charging you, that you 
maintain their in meat, drink, clothing and lodging; that you cause their to 
be educated in such manner as shall be suitable to their interest and 
circumstances; and that you enquire into and take charge of their Estate, both 
real and personal, and all other things do, which by Law you ought to do for 
you said Ward.  A true and perfect account of all which you shall render to 
the Court Ordinary of the said County, on the first term in every year, during 
your continuance in office; and I do hereby constitute and appoint you the 
said M.G. Bell  Guardian of the said orphan during their minority.

      In Testimony Whereof I have hereto officially set my hand and seal, this 
10th  day of Dec, 1900.
