Richards of said county on the Twenty seventh day of Feby in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty nine departed this life, Testate, leaving his wife Angeline M. Richards Executrix of his last will and testament and that said Angeline M. Richards at the May Term 1859, of said Court propounded the said will and was Caveatted by William M. Richards, James Leathers, Richards Carnes & Isaac C. Hicks. The said Court admitted the said will to record and appears having been taken by said Caveators from the decision of this Court to the Superior Court of said County.
