O. August Term 1869

Wm. J. Hembree administrator on the estate of Francis M. Richards having been 
called upon for a settlement of the Estate and to account to the several 
Distributees of the said estate and the settlement having gone into ct the 
August Term of Carroll Court of Ordinary 1869 when it was found that said W. J. 
Hembree --?-- is behind with said estate and liable to several distributees 
here after named to the amount opposite their names respectively,

Making an aggregate in Administrators hands of 555.29 it further appears that 
J. W. Richards one of the distributees has received $42.86 cents over his share 
& J. W. Leathers another distributee received thirty dollars 92 cents over his 
share & both them are unable to refund the Administrator.

Whereupon it is ordered & adjudged that the said several distributees above 
named do recover of the said Wm. J. Hembree the several sums opposite their 
names respectively for their balances of their distributees shares due them & 
that the same may be enforced by the Execution as failure to account & that he 
pay the cost of the settlement & settle the same.
