Barron of said county & state aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that I John Crider for the consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid at & before the sealing of these present have this day bargained and sold unto the said Barron the north west part of lot of land lying and being situated in the County and state aforesaid known and distinguished by No 124 one hundred & twenty four in the third district of said county. The line running commencing at the east live above the plantation and running the ridge to the Mil Road, the road being the line to where it strikes the north & south line containing fifty acres more or less to have and to hold all and singular the right & appurtenances thereunto belonging to him, the said O.G. Barron, his heirs and assigns forever & I the said Crider do warrant forever defend from myself my heirs & assigns and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever unto him the said O.G.
