Hutchins, who is the head of a household consisting of himself and his two sisters to wit: Maggie Hill and Adeline Hutchins and two nephews to wit: Henry and Tommie Hutchins. Claimed to be exempt from levy and sale for the use and benefit of his said family under Section 2040 of the Code of Georgia and amdendments thereto: One sorrel farm mule Two head of hogs and $25. dollars worth of provisions to wit: meat, meal and flour One bushel of corn, one 1 horse wagon, one table and one set of chairs sufficient for the use of the family and household and kitchen furniture not to exceed one hundred and fifty dollars in value Bed and bedding and common bedsteads sufficient for family Common tools of trade for self Ordinary cooking utensils and table crockery Wearing apparel of himself and family Family Bible, religious works and school books Family Portraits Personally appeared, M.J. Hutchins the applicant for exemption above set out who on oath says that the same is a true and correct schedule of his property which is claimed to be exempt to deponent and family under Section 2040 of the Code and amendments thereto which deponent prays may be recorded as provided by law.
