Military Records
Enlisted 3 Feb 1863 Decatur, Ga.3rd Georgia Infantry Co.G Army of Northern Virginia
CSA. Wounded at Battle
of Chancellorsville. Served as a pvt. Received serious injury to leg and was in and
out of hospitals 
in Virginia until he returned to action January 1865. He surrendered at
Appomattox.
