Mr. Jackson is said to have brooded over financial affairs for some time and in a note addressed to Mrs. Jackson, gave directions as to the disposition of insurance. Mr. Jackson came from a good family and his death has cast a gloom of sorrow over the entire community where he was known and liked. He was buried at Sandy Flat on Wednesday.
