Phillips rodsr@oklahoma.net January 15, 2004, 5:37 pm Times-Georgian, July 26, 1988 Mrs. Jessie McDaniel Hamrick Mrs. Jessie M. Hamrick, of 305 W. Chandler Street, Carrollton, died July 25, 1988. She was 97. Services will be today ay 2 p.m. from the Carrollton Presbyterian Church, with Dr. Thomas J. Ballard and the Rev. Wayne Battle officiating. Interment will be in the Victory United Methodist Church with Alvin Chambers, George Chambers, Dale Huckeba, Frank Fidler, Jimmy Adams and Carter Clay serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Victory United Methodist Cemetery Fund. A native of Carroll County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Martha Stevenson McDaniel. She was a 47-year employee of Griffin’s Department Store in the millinery department. She was a life member of the Carrollton Presbyterian Church, the Abraham Baldwin Chapter, D.A.R. and Carroll County Genealogical Society. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Franklin David Hamrick and son, John Radford Hamrick. Survivors include grandson and wife, Mr. And Mrs. Terry (Melba) Hamrick, great grandchildren Frank and Ellen Hamrick, all of Macon, daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ruth H.
