Robby Williams

Robby David Williams, 55, of 384 Dot Road, Bowdon, died Monday, Aug. 26, 2002.

Mr. Williams was born in Randolph Co., Ala., on Jan. 9, 1947 son of Alvaretta 
Gravitt Williams and the late Noel Williams.  He was a lifelong resident of 
this area and a heavy equipment operator for Aiken Grading Company.

In addition to his father, his wife Shirley Williams and a brother Ronald 
Williams preceded him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Alvaretta Williams of Bowdon; sons Kevin Williams 
of Woodland, Ala., Rodney Williams and Russell Williams, both of Bowdon; two 
grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence Williams and Larry Williams, both of Bowdon; 
sister Brenice Blair of Bowdon.

Funeral services will be conducted today, Aug. 28 at 2 p.m. from the Rainwater-
West Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Stewart and Rev. Darnell Teal 
officiating.  Music will be by Petie Stewart.  Pallbearers will be Ken 
Williams, Jonathan Williams, Clint Robinson, Brian Blair, Jason Hosey, and 
Randy Spruill.  Interment will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church cemetery.
