Pleasant Miles Holloway was born May 27, 1843, he enlisted at Carrollton, 
Carroll County,  GA in Phillips's Georgia Legion, by 1864 he a was promoted to 
Corporal he was wounded at Winchester Valley Virginia driving an ordnance 
wagon. He recovered from his injury and fought until the end of the war, he was 
discharged on Apr 26, 1865, he was paroled on May 1, 1865 in North Carolina, he 
died on Jun 9, 1919, and his buried at Mt. Pleasant in Randolph County Alabama
