(Gentry) Craven was the wife of William L. Craven (5 Dec 1835-15 Jan 1923). She and William are buried at Roopville City Cemetery in Roopville, Carroll Co., Georgia. Her parents, Elisha/Elishu Gentry (25 Aug 1818-24 Aug 1894) & Martha Knopp (11 June 1812-22 June 1883) are buried at the Green Family Cemetery in Roopville, Carroll Co., Georgia. I would suspect that Elisha/Elishu Gentry was not born in Heard County as was stated on the death certificate, since he was born in 1812 and the area was not acquired from the Indians until 1825-1826. Heard Co. was created in 1830 from Carroll, Coweta & Troup Counties.
