"STATE OF GEORGIA, CARROLL COUNTY
To any Minister of the Godspel, Judge, or Justice of the Peace to Celebrate:
You are hereby authorized to join in the HONORABLE STATE OF MATRIMONY, S.V. Cole
and Nancy J. Beall, according to the Rites of your Church, provided there be no
lawful cause to obstruct the same, according to the Constitution and Laws of
this State, and for so doing this shall be your sufficient license.
Given under my hand and seal, this 15th day of Mch 1851

I HEREBY CERTIFY, That S. V. Cole and Nancy J Beall were joined together in the
Holy Bans of Matrimony, on the 20th day of Mch 1851, by me.
