Item First I give and bequeath and devise unto my beloved wife, Elizabeth Bell to have and hold during her natural life, the lot land number one hundred and ninety two (192) in the fifth district-of Carroll County Ga, whereon we now live contaning 202 1/2 acres more or less, together with all stock, wagons, buggies, household and kitchen funiture, and any and all property of whatever description I may dispossessed. Item Second After my Wife's death, should she out-live me, I desire and direct-that-my executor hereinafter named, sell at-public or private sale as they may desire best for the interest of all concerned, the North half and South West quarter of said lot number one hundred and ninety two in said fifth-dist-of said County, and all personal property that may be left-after the death of myself and wife, except the beds and bedding, all of which I bequeath and devise unto my two daughters Nancy E. Butler and Martha F. Swygert to be equally divided between them, except one bed and bedding for same, heretofore-given to my son John T. Bell by his mother and after paying for the expenses of probating this will and providing head-stones or marble Tombstones for the graves of myself and wife and any debts I may die owing, I direct that twenty five dollars be paid to my Grand daughter Martha Bell, only child of my oldest son Jos. N. Bell, now dead, and the rest of the money arising from the sale of said money. I desire and direct the same to be equally divided between the following children: Geo. W. Bell, Jas. J. Bell, Nancy E. Butler, Martha F. Swygert, Martin G. Bell, and should Chas. P. Bell die before receiving his part of the said money or in case of death after receiving the same, I desire will and direct that the same be divided equally between the first five children. Item Third To my son John T. Bell who has lived with me up to this time, and who is expected to live with me and his mother as long as we both live, I bequeath and desire the South East quarter of lot 192, in the 5th dist of Carroll Co Ga, containing 50 acres more or less, and my executors are hereby directed to give him possession of the same, immediately after the death of my wife, should she out live me. Should my said son John T. Bell die without children, I direct that said fifty acres of land described in this item, be sold by my executors, and the money arising from the sale thereof, be divided in the same manner and between the same persons mentioned in the second item of this will. Item Four I hereby constitute and appoint my son Geo. & Jas J. Bell executors of this will and relieve them from the necessarly of giving bond, making, ____ ____ appraisement or returns, also from obtaining any order of court for any purpose except the probating of this will this Feb 27, 1892.
