I, George W. O'Mary of the State of Georgia, Carroll County, Being weak in body but sound in mind and ??? thanks to almighty God calling into mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is once appointed for man to die, I do make and ordain this my last will and testament. That is to say principally and first of all, I give and recommit my soul into the hands of alimighty God that gave it and my body. I recommit to the earth to be buried in a descent Christian like manner at the direction of my Executors nothing doubting but a general resurrection. I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of almighty God as touching such worldly estate with it has pleased God to bless me with in this life. I give demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form. I give a bequeath to my beloved wife, Elenor O'Mary during her natural life for her and her children's support the whole of any estate both real and personal after paying my just debts after my life is ceased all of an Estate that may then be remaining to be disposed of and equally divided amoungst my children namely: Susan Elizabeth O'Mary, Sarah Catharine O'Mary, Mariah Jane O'Mary, Thomas Richard O'Mary, George Washington O'Mary, Junior and our not born at this time ___________ . Lastly, I make and ordain and appoint my wife Elenor O'Mary executor and my friend John P.A. Wall executor of this my last will and testament disclaiming and revoking all other wills and testaments by me made. O'Mary late of such county deceased and produced before me the last will and testament of said George W. O'Mary deceased and the witnesses to said will to Branch M. Mabry, Samuel Avery and M.C. Trimble which ?? being duly summoned depose and say that they saw George W. O'Mary the testament sign seal declare and publish the instrument now produced as his last will and testament truly voluntarily and of his own accord and with out any compulsion or influence whatever that at the time of the execution of the said will said testor was of sound and disposing mind and memory that ?? signed said will as wit____ in the presence of the testor at this special instance and request and in the presence of each other.
