Steed, Ordinary Georgia, Carroll County I, Thomas Traylor, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me. Item 1 I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner, suitable to my condition and circumstances in life. Item 2 I direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my executor hereinafter named and appointed. Item 3 I direct that all of my realty that has not been conveyed by deed or bond for title to my children, be equally divided among my children that may be living, and heirs of such as may then be dead; the children of any of my children that may be dead to receive the share of their deceased parent, equally divided among them. As I have made certain advances to my children, I direct that before distribution of my property is made, that the amounts herein mentioned opposite the names of my children to whom advances have been made, be deducted before final distribution of my estate is made. Said children and the amounts advanced to them being as follows: Jack Traylor, $1900; Sarah Bilbo, $1900; Pearl Thompson, $1277.69; Alice Walker, $545.00; Jesse Traylor, $400.00; Oliver Traylor, $1000.00; J.T., Estelle and Francis Traylor, children of my son, Levi Traylor, deceased, $830.10; Leary and Louise Traylor, children of my son, Albert Traylor, deceased, $583.50. After the aforesaid deductions have been made, I direct that my estate be divided as above directed, and I also direct that after final payment of all of my just debts by my Executor, that all my personal property be sold and divided in the same manner as my realty. I have this day deeded daughters, Offie and Lonnie Lee, One hundred acres of land in Lot No.29, in 11th Dist., to take effect at my death. This will be their full share of my estate, and they will not share in the final distribution. Item 4 I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved son, Jesse M. Traylor, in whom I have full confidence, Executor of this my last will and testament, and I direct that be not required to make bond, nor to make annual returns to the Ordinary of said county, and I confer upon him full authority to execute warranty deeds to any property for which I have given bond for title without first obtaining an order from the Court of Ordinary, and direct that he may receive the usual commission provided in the administration of estates. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, this the 3rd day of April 1926 Thomas Traylor Signed, sealed, declared and published by Thomas Traylor as his last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribe our name hereto in the presence of said testator after has signed his name thereto at his special instance and request and in the presence of each other. Millican, and Willis Smith, and being duly sworn by me say that they at special instance and request of Thomas Tratlor, did attest as witnesses the attached type written manner purporting to be the last will and testament of the said Thomas Traylor, in his presence, after he signed the same and in the presence of each other, that the said Thomas Traylor, declared and published the said writing as his last will and that he signed the same freely and voluntarily and at the time of said signing ands attestation he was of sound and disposing mind and memory.
