To: T.A. Cook, J.F. Garrett, J.E.J. Lee, G.R. Brock, and C.H. Foster
These are to authorize you, or any three of you, whose names are here 
above written, to attend and appraise the goods, chattles, lands, 
tenements, rights or credits of Wiley W. Skinner, deceased, wheresoever 
any of the 
god, lands, tenements, rights or credits of said deceased are within the 
County of Carroll, and which shall be shown unto you by J.T. McGuire, 
Administrator In Testimony Whereof, I hereunto affix my hand and seal 
this 13th day of December 1921.

To: E.T. Steed, Ordinary of Said County 
The Petition of Mrs. Ida A.V. McGuire, Transferee, shows that Wyley W. 
Skinner late of said County, departed this life on or about the 15th of 
August 1921, intestate, leaving surviving him his wife and the following 
chldren, to wit: Mary E. Skinner, Wyley G.M. Skinner, Mary Ann Ella 
Ayers, John E. Smith, W.A. Smith, Ella J. Smith, Ida Lee Robinson, 
Rilla May Robinson, and Mary Lizzie Smith. Petitioner further shows 
that J.T. McGuire is the lawfully constituted Administrator of the 
estate of said Wyley W. Skinner. Petitioner further shows that the said 
Wyley W. Skinner during his lifetime, to wit: on the 11th day of January 
1921, executed to J.T. McGuire which land was transferred to your 
petitioner, titles to certain lands, described in said bond, a copy of 
which is hereto attached as a part of this petition, and of which your 
petitioner is the holder, and that the said Wyley W. Skinner died 
without having made title to said lands. Your Petitioner further prays 
an order requiring the said J.T. McGuire, 
Administrator, of said deceased, to execute titles according to the 
conditions of said bond and that the said heirs and J.T. McGuire, Admr. 
be notified to appear before you on the first Monday in May 1924 and 
show cause, if they can, why such order should not be granted. Ida A.
