Skinner, deceased, by N. Shelnutt, Admns., this July 3rd, 1869. No. 1 - - One lot of land No. 55 in 11th Dist. valued at $300. No. 2 - - 202 1/2 acres 9th Dist. No.'s 116-119 et. al 350. No. 3 - - Two notes on J.N. Skinner (dec'd?) Dec 1860 - 1862 for $30. each 60. No. 4 - - Two notes on Hatfield $50. each 100. No. 5 - - One note on G.W. Morgan 75. Making the sum of $685. We the appraisors after being duly sworn do certify that the above is a true appraisement of the property of the estate of W. J. Skinner, deceased, as far as was produced to us by N. Shelnutt, Admr. and a true evaluation affixed thereto, to the best of our judgement. Sworn to and subscribed by and in the presence of each other this 3rd day of July 1869. James R. Thommson J.N. Skinner Estate has been duly issued and published, and it also appearing to the Court from a thorough examination of all the proceedings of Said N. Shelnutt Administration of W.J. Skinner's estate that he has fully and faithfully administered said estate and is legally entitled to a discharge from his administration. The Citation in this case having been given to Mary Tims (?) but was continued to December Term in consequence of legislative entitlement interfering with collection. And no objection being offered to his dismission ordered that he be discharged from his administration of W.J. Skinner's estate, and that as evidence of this discharge letters of Dismission issued to him. D.B.
