Futhus Gatson

BRUNSWICK -- Futhus Gatson, 87, died Oct. 29, 1998.

He was born and educated in Allendale, S.C. He worked in Charlton County as 
a sawmill worker, railroad laborer and pulpwood worker. 

SURVIVORS: a daughter, Betty Brown of Brunswick; four sons, Warren Gatson of 
Atlanta, Futhus Gatson of West Virginia, George Gatson of Folkston and Johnny 
Gatson of Brunswick; a stepson, John Kendrick of Decatur; a sister, Annie Robinson 
of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a brother, Joseph Williams of Jacksonville.

FUNERAL: 2 p.m. today at Mount New Home Baptist Church, burial in Mount Carmel 
Cemetery, Folkston.

Myers Funeral Home, Woodbine.
