The information provided below is of an unnamed
cemetery on the grounds of H. V. Jenkins High
School, Savannah, GA. In 2002 I found this
information in some unnamed files in the courthouse
in Savannah and transcribed them as shown below.  I
named this the Old Wells-Vallotton Cemetery given
the names found in the records.

Old Cemetery - Chatham County, GA
Located on the grounds of the Herschel V. Jenkins
High School, North of DeRenne Avenue near Old
Savannah Electric and Power Company Street Car
Right-of-Way.

I certify that the attached list is a complete
listing of the tombstones as I found them at this
site on October 21, 1956.

There was evidence of other graves, but the stones,
if ever placed, were missing.  The condition of this
cemetery is such that there may have been other
stones which had fallen and were covered up by dirt,
or taken away.
