Chief Justice White of the United States, and Lord Handale, lord high chancellor of Great Britain, keeper of the great seal and by virtue of his office, presiding officer of the House of Lords, and Maitre Laborl, a leading member of the French bar, will meet on that occasion. Many other distinguished men including Ex-President Taft will be president. Georgia is certain to be well represented at this meeting. Among the distinguished attorneys of this state who are expected to attend are: Judge Samuel B. Adams, of Savannah; Reuben R. Arnold, of Atlanta; Charles L.
