June 28, 1892 Savannah, GA., June 23. -- The decision of Judge Speer in the collision case of the British steamship Nedjed vs. the City of Macon of the Ocean Steampship Company line, was reversed by Judge Pardee today. A master will be appointed to assess damages. The Nedjed was badly injured in a collision and as this decision is in her favor, the Bedouin Steam Navigation Company, her owners, will receive nearly a hundred thousand dollars. W. R.
