Dr. P. H. Coker. a prominent colored physician, who went to Savannah from Caroline county, Md., and built a large practice among the negroes. died suddenly yesterday, aged 45 years. His remains were forwarded to Baltimore by rail, accompanied to the depot by the colored battalion of which he was a surgeon, and also by Myrtle lodge of G. V. O. and O. F.
