                         Herbert A. Foskey
Herbert Algerine Foskey, 73, of 2036 Hawthorne St. died Thursday at his home 
after a short illness.
 He was a former mayor and policeman of Stillmore and was a member of the 
DeRenne Avenue Church of God and the Sanctuary Sunday School class of the 
church. He was a life member emeritus of Acacia Lodge 452 F&AM.
 Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Luna L. Foskey of Savannah; a son, Howard A. 
Foskey of Savannah; three daughters, Mrs. Frankie Kicklighter and Mrs. Dorothy 
Carter, both of Savannah, and Mrs. Jackie Whitfield of Stillmore; a brother, 
Emory Foskey of Vidalia; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Dickerson of Pooler; 10 
grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
 Funeral: 2:30PM Saturday at Fox and Weeks Funeral Home, burial in Hillcrest 
Abbey with Masonic rites.

Additional Comments:
His parents were John Rufus Foskey and Luna Lee Lanier Foskey.
