Foskey James Milton Foskey, 40, of 13 Armadale Road, Port Wentworth, died yesterday at Candler Hospital after a long illness. A native of Toombs County, Foskey had lived in Chatham County for the past eight years. He was an employee of the Union Bag-Camp Paper Corp. and a member of the Port Wentworth Methodist Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Doris Gray Foskey; a son, Jimmy K. Foskey; two daughters, Sharon and Jocelyn Foskey; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Arthur Foskey of Uvalda; two brothers, Bernard Foskey of Uvalda and Dorman Foskey of Hardeville, SC; a sister, Mrs. Thomas Burke of Hardeville and a number of nieces and nephews.
