Dickerson Mrs. Bessie Foskey Dickerson, 88, died Saturday at Candler General Hospital after a long illness. The Montgomery county native moved to Savannah in 1929 and was a member of Fort Argyle Full Gospel Fellowship Church. She was a former operator of Uncle Shad's Fishing Camp. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mavis Coleman of Flidell, La. and Mrs. Violet Ryan, Mrs. Nadine Douglas, Mrs. Batty Saxon, all of Savannah; a son, Curtis Swinson of Savannah; 19 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. Remembrances to Fort Argyle Full Gospel Fellowship Church or Heart Fund. Additional Comments: Her parents were John Rufus Foskey and Mary Etta Jane Davis Foskey. She was born 2-7-1901.
