(maiden name Carter) Hasty was born 7-28-1914 and died 2-28-1993 (Ga. DC# 009274) and is buried at Hillcrest Abbey in Savannah Lois M. Hasty Mrs. Lois M. Hasty, 78, died Sunday at Memorial Medical Center after a short illness. She was born in Cochran and lived all of her life in Savannah. She was a member of Cresthill Baptist Church and was employed as a sales consultant for Towne and Country and Hogan Department Stores. Surviving are a son, John W. Hasty of Savannah; a daughter, Betty H. Geriner of Savannah; a sister, Geraldine Doming of Macon; a half-brother, W. M. Carter of Jacksonville, Fla.; three grandsons and one granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral: 2PM Tuesday at Fox and Weeks Drayton Chapel, burial in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
