Keen, 74, died Oct. 14 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. He was a native of Jenkins County and a member of Daniel Baptist Church in Richmond Hill. He was retired from Georgia Ports Authority. SURVIVORS: his wife, Margaret Keen of Bloomingdale; three daughters, April Elaine Andres of Savannah, Pamela Michelle Cossett of Guyton and Rachel Renee Keen of Bloomingdale; three sons, Ovid Dewayne Keen of Garden City, and Stephen Richard Keen and James Matthew Keen, both of Bloomingdale; a sister, Essie Shadron of Brunswick; two brothers, Howard and Grover Keen, both of Brunswick; seven grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. VISITATION: 7-9 p.m. today and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel. FUNERAL: 10 a.m. Monday at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel, burial in Gravel Hill Cemetery in Bloomingdale.
