Former Savannahan Dies In Washington

Savannah, November 28 – Lieutenant Colonel Conrad Koerper, of the medical 
corps U.S.A. retired, who served as acting health officer of the city of 
Savannah from the later part of 1921 until 1923, dropped dead in Washington, 
D.C. this morning, according to advices received in Savannah.  He was 47 years 
old.  He saw service in the Philippines and in France.
