Atkinson County Citizen - July 16, 2006
 Mrs. Mabel Campbell Lamy, age 87, of Douglas, GA passed away on Monday, July 
3, 2006, at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, GA. Mrs. Lamy, a native 
of Philadelphia, PA, resided in Savannah GA for over 50 years before moving to 
Douglas and Coffee County in 2004.
 She was born March 19, 1919, daughter of the late John Campbell. She was a 
homemaker and the widow of the late Richard Emilio Lamy. 
 Survivors include sons, Richard Lamy, Jasper, GA, Kenneth Lamy, Lakeland, FL, 
Brian Lamy, Douglas, GA and four grandchildren.
 A private graveside service and burial was held 11 a.m. Monday, July 10, 2006, 
at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Savannah, GA.
 Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
