Horse’s Kick Kills

Savannah, Feb. 8 – Phllip C. Meltslen, Jr., died at Tybee Island from the 
effects of a kick on the head by a horse.  The boy was teasing the animal when 
he received the kick, which crushed his skull and resulted in his death.
