Spanish War Veteran Dies
Edward Reed, 88, a veteran of the Spanish-American War and World War I, died 
today in Cohen's Men's Home after a short illness.
The Wabash, Ind, native was a retired Army technical sergeant and had lied at 
Ft Screven, Svannah Beach for 55 years.  He was a member of the Spanish-
American War.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth O Reed of Chambersburg, Pa, and Jack S Reed of 
Selma, Ala.
Sipple's Mortuary is in charge.
